“My personal philosophy is running a practice not a business. My staff and I look out for each of our patients. We will not do unnecessary phase 1 (early) treatment and pride ourselves on charging reasonable low fees.”
Dr. Hook received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kansas, graduating in 1975. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1979 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. After 12 years of general dentistry practice, Dr. Hook furthered his education by attending the University of Texas at Houston, receiving his Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics in 1993. Dr. Hook has become involved in many professional Orthodontic and Dental Organizations. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Hawaii Dental Association and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics.

When not in the office, Dr. Hook enjoys spending time with his wife, Pamela, 4 children, 2 grandsons, golfing and travel.
